Harvest early in the morning, grape remove and extractivity for 12-13 hours at 1°C, 15 days fermentation, starting at 8°C and gradual rise and end of fermentation until 14°C.
Rose ‘Statir’ wine, is a result of carefyl exctraction from the red, multi – capable variety of ‘‘Agiorgitiko’’ grapes.
‘Agiοrgitiko’ variety offered of soft rose wine, which shows fresh forest fruits aromas and a cooling, pleasant after – taste.
Ideally served at 10°C- 12°C , along with white meat plates, pasta and light sauses.
