Produced from vines 55 years old with low yields.
30day Pre-fermentation Maceration by wild yeasts, onset at 10 °C with gradual increase and end of the fermentation to 20 °C, by recirculating three times a day.
Matured in new French oak barrels for 24 months.


Red color.
Presents bouquet of forest fruits, smoke and spice notes.
Served as aperetif accompanied with bitter chocolate, nuts and dried fruit.
Serve chilled at 14 °C to 15 °C.
Have not been undergone filter processing.
Can be unlimited aged.
