VINIFICATION
Fortnightly extractivity pulp (Marcs & Grape juice).
Start at 10°C, with gradual rise and end of the fermentation to 20°C, with three recirculated daily.
Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels.
SPECIFICATIONS
Deep ruby color promising.
Complex, expressive nose with rich aromas, hints of spice and red fruits, predominantly cherry.
Very good body.
Mouth rich, velvety with a nice aftertaste that evolves over time.
Transfer to open carafe and served at room temperature 18°C -20°C.
Accompanying red juicy meat with spicy sauce & cheese.
Susceptible to long aging.
